1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Wizpend ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nyfronix ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Wizpend mobile application.
2. Description of Service
Wizpend is a personal finance management application that allows you to:
Track Expenses
Record and categorize your daily transactions
Manage Budgets
Set and monitor spending limits by category
Set Goals
Create and track financial savings goals
Multi-Device Sync
Access your data across multiple devices
View Analytics
Get insights into your spending patterns
Receive Reminders
Get notified about upcoming expenses
Note: Wizpend does not connect to or access your bank accounts. All financial data is manually entered by you.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to create an account and use the App.
4. User Responsibilities
When using Wizpend, you agree to:

5. Subscription and Payments
Free Tier
Wizpend offers a free tier with basic features and limited transaction history.
Premium Subscription
Premium features are available through subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:
- • Pay the applicable subscription fees
- • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- • Cancellation through your app store account settings
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please contact the respective store for refund requests.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Nyfronix and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its content without our written permission.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of the financial data and personal information you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in your financial data.
8. Disclaimers
No Financial Advice
Wizpend is a tracking tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.
Service Availability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Data Accuracy
We are not responsible for the accuracy of calculations or reports generated based on data you enter.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyfronix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nyfronix, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
By You
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account through the app settings.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy guidelines.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- • Posting the updated Terms in the App
- • Updating the "Last Updated" date
- • Sending an in-app notification for significant changes
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
